Magic send Nikola Vucevic to Bulls

The NBA trade deadline is fast approaching at 3 p.m., and business is picking up.

The Orlando Magic are trading All-Star center Nikola Vucevic to the Chicago Bulls along with Al-Farouq Aminu for Otto Porter, Wendell Carter Jr. and the Bulls’ 2021 and 2023 first-round picks, according to ESPN.

Vucevic, 30, is averaging 24.5 points and 11.8 rebounds this season. He is under contract through the 2022-23 season.

The Magic (15-29) are second-worst in the Eastern Conference and could also trade Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier before the deadline.

The Bulls (19-24) currently occupy the No. 10 seed in the East, the final spot for the play-in tournament.
